Do you offer furnished or short-term lease options?
One Hampton Lake offers flexible lease terms ranging from 6 to 19 months, allowing residents to choose an option that best fits their lifestyle and planning needs. Shorter lease terms are available for added convenience and may include a modest monthly premium based on lease length and availability. At this time, apartments are not offered furnished, giving residents the opportunity to personalize their home and create a space that truly reflects their style.
Are pets welcome at the community, and what is your pet policy?
Yes, One Hampton Lake welcomes up to two pets per apartment home. A $300 pet fee applies for one pet or $500 for two pets, plus $20 monthly pet rent per pet. Breed restrictions apply, including pit bull terriers/staffordshire terriers, doberman pinschers, presa canarios, alaskan malamutes, rottweilers, chows, akitas, and wolf-hybrids. Homes above the first floor have a 65-pound weight limit. A photo and current vaccination records are required, and all pets must be registered on the lease. Residents also enjoy an on-site pet park and pet spa.

There is a $75 non-refundable application fee per person over the age of 18, along with a $175 administrative fee due at the time of application submission.
What are the move-in costs, and is a security deposit required?
Move-in costs at One Hampton Lake are prorated based on your lease start date, allowing residents to pay only for the portion of the month they occupy the home. Security deposits range from $500 up to two months’ rent depending on screening results. The community also offers an alternative deposit program for added flexibility.
Is renters’ insurance mandatory, and what coverage is recommended?
Yes, renters insurance is required for all residents with a minimum of $300,000 in personal liability coverage per household. For added convenience, Homebody Insurance is available at the time of lease signing.
What happens if I need to move out early or break my lease?
To break a lease early, a 60-day written notice is required along with a lease buyout equal to an additional 60 days of rent. Any concessions received at the start of the current lease term must also be repaid to the property. Residents on a month-to-month lease are only required to provide a 30-day notice prior to move-out.
